Cutler & Donahoe, LLP is a full service law firm. A blend of proven talent and experience makes our firm uniquely prepared to represent the interests of both businesses and individuals. Richard Cutler and Kent Cutler represent, respectively, third and fourth generation South Dakota lawyers from a family that has provided over 100 years of legal representation in the state. Based in the rapidly growing city of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we serve clients in legal matters throughout the region. Attorneys in the firm are licensed in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas. While taking pride in our ability to provide personal attention and service, we are most concerned with quality results for our clients. Attorneys in the firm handle a variety of legal matters. In these areas of the law, we represent clients before courts, government agencies, and other official bodies. This includes local, state, federal and tribal systems, all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
