Meredith A. Moore

Meredith Moore joined the firm in 2002. A native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Meredith graduated cum laude from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1998, with degrees in both history and political science. She earned her law degree in 2001 from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Following law school, Meredith clerked for the Honorable Richard W. Sabers of the South Dakota Supreme Court before joining Cutler & Donahoe, LLP. She is a member of the South Dakota and American Bar Associations.

Meredith’s practice involves counseling clients in matters of administrative laws and civil litigation, in varied areas from municipal laws to civil trials and appeals.  Telecommunications issues before the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission are a particular emphasis for her and she has extensive experience in complex interconnection and rate issues, including matters before the Federal Communication Commission (FCC).

She and her husband, Eric Hilmoe, live in Sioux Falls.
