Nathan S. Schoen

Nate is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He attended South Dakota State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in business economics in 1999, graduating with high honors. In 2002, Nate earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Following law school, Nate continued his education and earned an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Nate was admitted to the South Dakota Bar in 2002, Minnesota Bar in 2004, and the Iowa and Nebraska Bar in 2011. In 2004, he was admitted to the United States District Court in South Dakota and the United States Tax Court.

In 2010, Nate was certified as designated closing counsel for the United States Small Business Association 504 Loan Program. Nate is also listed in Bond Buyers Muni Marketplace "Red Book" as Bond Counsel.

Nate and his wife, Candi, live in Sioux Falls. In his free time, Nate enjoys water sports, skiing and martial arts.
