Peter M. Fischer

Pete joined the firm in 2010. Pete is a native of Sturgis, South Dakota. He attended the University of South Dakota and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management in 2007, graduating summa cum laude with University Scholar distinction. Pete continued his education at the University of South Dakota, receiving both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees in May of 2010. While at the University of South Dakota, Pete was active in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Corporate and Business Law Association, and Student Government.

Pete’s practice areas emphasize creditor rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, collections, loan documentation, and general banking law.

In his free time, Pete enjoys playing guitar and piano, reading, biking, and kayaking.
